Nynne-Maria Holst is tax manager in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Acor Tax's Corporate Tax Services practice. Nynne-Maria has more than 10 years of experience with corporate tax matters, in particular with tonnage tax as well as responsible and transparent tax practices. In the last two years her focus has also been on minimum taxation (BEPS Pillar 2).

Before joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Acor Tax in 2023, Nynne-Maria had worked on “both sidesâ€� â€� so to speak. She had advised clients on tax matters, while working at other tax advisory firms, and focused on corporate taxation, tonnage tax, tax controversy, and preparing binding rulings before the Danish Tax Council while working for the Danish Tax Agency’s Large Companies department.

Nynne-Maria possesses extensive experience in tonnage taxation, and as part of her work at the Tax Danish Agency, she represented the Tax Agency at the National Tax Tribunal in tonnage tax disputes. Her career has focused on corporate tax with a particular emphasis on tonnage tax, responsible tax matters, and tax policy engagements as well as minimum taxation (BEPS Pillar 2). Based in the Copenhagen office, Nynne-Maria is part of the Danish Corporate Tax team, the BEPS Pillar 2 team, and the ESG & Legal Tax teams in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Acor Tax. Furthermore, she is an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School.

Nynne-Maria earned her master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen in 2014 and also earned a Master of Tax (LLM) from Copenhagen Business School in 2021.
