Yelene is a Director in our Procurement Advisory team. She has been with the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 network for over 8 years and moved to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Denmark in 2021.
In her role, Yelene advises clients on procurement transformations, primarily focusing on design, implementation and project management. Her responsibilities include business process & operating model design, transformation enablement, solution configuration, knowledge transfer & capability building, testing and training management, deployment and hypercare.
She has experience advising clients across a wide range of industries, including biotech/pharmaceuticals, consumer & retail, facility services, telecom, the public sector (Belgium) and the financial services sector.
