Jesco heads the Integration & Separation department at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Germany and has been supporting transformation and growth programs from initiation and conception through to implementation for over 15 years. The focus is on multidisciplinary programs such as integrations (PMI), joint ventures, spin-offs (separations/carve-outs) and reorganizations. This also includes related performance and synergy programs - to strengthen the current business, in preparation for a sale or as part of an integration. Jesco started his career in corporate finance. Before joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, he worked on international accounting issues. His industry focus is on the Telco, Consumer Goods & Retail and Diversified Industrials sectors.
