In 2007 I joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Frankfurt as Partner in Deal Advisory M&A. Before that I was a member of the management board and co-founder of Lincoln International AG (formerly known as Peters Associates AG). My investment banking career began in 1996 at SBC Warburg (now UBS Investment Banking). I have more than 20 years of experience in supporting and consulting purchase and sales process in Germany as well as cross-border. My project experience futher involves LBO transactions, public takeovers and mergers.As a representative of Deal Advisory in the leadership team of the segment International Business I want to make sure our international client receive the best possible consultation regarding transaction related topics. This we achieve with our holistic consultation approach.My country focus lies especially on the USA â€� Germany and China â€� Germany Corridors. I have detailed industry knowledge in the sectors of chemistry and industrial goods.
