Michael Buhl is responsible for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's deal advisory business in Germany. Since joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 1997, he has gained a wide range of experience in transaction and strategic advisory for clients, as well as during his time as CFO of a German cable network operator.

His personal consulting spectrum includes carve-outs from international groups, due diligences and restructurings.

In recent years, he has advised on more than 50 transactions with a total volume of several billion euros. His clients include leading companies from the telecommunication, technology and automotive sectors as well as private equity investors.
