For more than 14 years my focus has been set on consulting international companies with domestic business activities in tax issues. For I have grown up close to the “Dreiländereckâ€� (where Germany’s, Belgium’s and the Dutch borders meet) and due to the closeness of Düsseldorf to the border I have specialized in consulting tax related questions in Belgian-German and Belgian-Dutch context. 

Being Head of Country Practice Belgium for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Germany I look for, as the case may be in cooperation with country specialists from other business areas, well fitted solution for Belgian companies with domestic business activities and for German companies which invest in Belgium. The close collaboration and the frequent professional exchange with my Belgian colleagues from ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø is a substantial part of my work. 

Besides the ongoing tax advisory (i.e. fulfillment of the Compliance demands and support of tax audits) I am consulting transboundary tax cases in the area of M&A, transfer pricing, financing structures as well as cross-border transactions with regard to the consequences of value added tax.

In domestic investments (i.e. in form of stock companies, business partnerships or production sites) I consult in all phases of the project regarding legal and tax issues, support in fulfillment of duty of disclosure and declaration and compulsory registration.
