Tomáš Potměšil focuses on developing international business and digital solutions. As EMEA Customer Lead, he is responsible for developing ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹Ù꿉۪s activities within the Customer Centre of Excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He aims to bring international knowledge to the Czech market whilst also helping to deploy Czech expertise abroad. Tomáš has been at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø since 2010. His experience mainly lies in strategy creation, business transformation, customer experience design, and innovation across various sectors. In the Czech Republic, he helped popularise customer experience and is involved in the annual study of the 100 top customer experiences in the country, which ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø has published for seven years running. He is also co-creator of the global tool ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Discovery.
