The Tax Department has issued on 30th May 2024, Circular 3/2024 relating to the tax treatment of premiums and medical plans. The Circular provides clarifications relating to the tax treatment of premiums paid to medical plans by individuals for their own medical coverage and by employers for the medical coverage of their employees.

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας έκδωσε στις 30 Μαΐου 2024, την Εγκύκλιο 3/2024 αναφορικά με τον φορολογικό χειρισμό ασφαλίστρων και σχέδια ιατροφαρμακευτικής περίθαλψης. Η Εγκύκλιος παρέχει διευκρινήσεις αναφορικά με τον φορολογικό χειρισμό της καταβολής ασφαλίστρων σε Σχέδια ιατροφαρμακευτικής περίθαλψης από άτομα για ιδία κάλυψη και από εργοδότες για κάλυψη των υπαλλήλων τους.
