The objective of this Indirect Tax Update is to inform you that effective from 27 May 2024, the application for the reduced VAT rate of 5% on the supply or construction of a private dwelling will only be submitted online, through the Tax For All (TFA) Portal.

It is further noted that the applications in hard copy forms can be submitted to the local VAT District Offices only until 17 May 2024, so that the relevant data can be transferred to TFA platform by 27 May 2024.
