Panayiotis joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Cyprus in 1993 and became a Board Member in 2005. He has experience in providing Audit services to big private companies and companies listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange and other European Stock Exchanges. He is Head of the IFRG team at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Cyprus, providing technical support on the correct application of IFRSs requirements to the technical staff of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø and to clients. Panayiotis is an experienced presenter for IFRS seminars to the staff of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, to clients and the general public through ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Academy and is actively involved with the provision of specialised services to clients throughout their IPO process. Through ACI Panayiotis has presented extensively to Audit Committees and Board of Directors of PIEs on their legal responsibilities, corporate governance and other matters of interest.
