Synthia Pavlou joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Limited in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), along with seven years in the broader field of communication. She played a key role in establishing ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Academy and, as of 2024, serves as Principal. She and her team collaborate with over 50 subject matter experts annually to deliver training programmes —including practice-based learning, digital learning solutions, and various L&D consulting services—serving 1,500 to 6,000 professionals.
