The Client
Our client is a manufacturing company with local and overseas presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and partners
- Develop and manage annual sales budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
- Provide regular sales reports, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics to senior management
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in sales management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience
- A MUST to have experience from the manufacturing sector with OEM/ OBM/ ODM focus at the present or within recent employments, preferably electronics segment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
