Our client is a well-established Chinese corporate bank.

• Advise Business on KYC/AML regulatory requirements
• Approve all new account openings and investigate any suspicious transactions
• Review and updated all private banking related policies, guidelines and procedures
• Work closely with internal/external auditors and regulators on all enquiries and surveys
• Involve in new product evaluation, sales and marketing materials review before distribution to investors
• Conduct ongoing surveillance in relation to selling process of investment products
• Provide refresher and ad-hoc trainings to Business on prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, regulatory updates, suitability and selling process

• Degree holder or above with at least 5 years of working experiences in private banking industry
• Solid understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Relevant certificates will be a must
