The Client
Our client is a MNC, well established firm within FMCG sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Learning and Development strategies to contribute to the success of HR strategies and the business objectives
- Identify learning and development needs of employees by conducting L&D need analysis, performance gap analysis and communicate with business leaders and HR business partners
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis
- Select, coordinate, and manage the external training vendors to provide and continuously improve quality of training
- Work closely with IT teams to develop and evaluate digital learning strategies
- Prepare and manage annual training budget and measure ROI of training initiatives
- Review, develop and monitor the programme to ensure that it matches with the latest learning and development trend
- Monitor and maintain records of training attendance and completion, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related disciplines
- At least 12 years’ relevant experience, ideally from an MNC and corporate setting
- Proven track record in collaborating with senior management for Learning Development related deliverables
- Experience in learning outcome evaluation and learning curriculum designs
- Has a pleasant personality and possess good presentation skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
