Our client is a prominent quantitative hedge fund with assets under management (AUM) of $2 billion, has recently expanded its operations to Hong Kong. Renowned for its expertise in quantitative strategies, risk management, and cutting-edge technology, this company brings its proven track record and deep industry knowledge to the vibrant financial landscape of Hong Kong

• Assists with maintaining SOX control documentation for the statutory financial statements
• Prepare internal and external reports based on the latest accounting policy / accounting standards and regulations
• Making sure everything is within compliance of GAAP
• Prepares quarterly fluctuation analysis for assigned companies
• Liaise with external auditors and other external parties in carrying out their examination
• Assist manager to prepare business plan and budget
• Handle tasks assigned by the Manager

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the FS industry
• Big 4 background would be essential
• Familiar with financial accounting principles, regulatory requirements and accounting systems
• With strong presentation and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
