Silvia is the Canadian Managing Partner for Business Enablement and Operations and a member of the Management Committee for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Canada. 

Silvia led the transformation of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Business Enablement Services groups (Human Resources, Information Technology Services and Finance), making strategic decisions and investments that reflect our innovative mindset. Her leadership throughout the pandemic helped position the firm to support our people鈥檚 wellbeing and enable them to continue delivering high quality work for our clients. All of this has helped 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 attract and retain top talent and continue to be recognized as one of the top employers in Canada.

Silvia鈥檚 previous roles include Business Leader of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Audit practice in Toronto and National Sector Leader of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Lottery and Gaming practice. She was also a member of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Canada鈥檚 Board of Directors and is the past Chair of the Nominations Committee and the Operations & Finance Committee of the Board. 

Silvia has over 25 years of experience and works with some of the largest clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector. She advises large clients on initial and secondary public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex accounting and compliance issues related to public company requirements in Canada and the U.S. 

In 2023, Silvia was recognized with a Best Business Executive Award in Operations by The Globe and Mail鈥檚 Report on Business Magazine.
