Asad Hashim is an Associate in the Business Law group practicing Real Estate Law, specifically residential and commercial real estate, land development, and commercial leasing. Asad advises and represents clients on the following areas: 

• Purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties
• Institutional and private financing representing both borrowers and lenders
• Drafting and reviewing commercial leases representing both landlord and tenants
• Land development matters involving severances, minor variances, joint venture, and limited partnership agreements
