Shane has been with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø over 20 years, is ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Canada’s National Energy Leader, a member of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s National Markets Committee and an audit partner based in Calgary. He has significant experience serving public and private entities operating in Canada, the US and internationally. Shane’s focus on auditing and accounting issues is augmented by his experience with equity and debt offering, acquisitions and tax structuring. Shane has been involved in a considerable number of acquisitions, financings, reverse take-overs and other expansion and acquisition activities for several dynamic clients. Shane has worked closely with clients, their legal and tax advisors, underwriters, nomads and sponsors on an array of exchanges including the TSX, NASDAQ, NYSE, Oslo, NYSE, AIM and the Warsaw exchange.
