John is the National Private Capital Leader in Canada and the Head of Deal Advisory for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in the Americas region. In his role as the National Private Capital Leader, John advises the private equity, pension plan and institutional investor communities by bringing the full breadth of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹Ù꿉۪s advisory, tax and audit services to these organizations, including related portfolio companies. In this capacity, John also works closely with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹Ù꿉۪s private client service team (ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Enterprise) and ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹Ù꿉۪s Family Office team to connect and service capital allocators, asset managers, investors and private businesses.   As Head of Deal Advisory Americas, John is focused on enhancing collaboration and coordination across the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Deal Advisory teams in Canada, the US and Latin America to ensure ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø brings the best talent and capabilities to clients across the region.

In addition, John serves as the Canadian leader for the Transaction Services practice, which provides due diligence services on buy and sell transactions. John also serves as the global lead partner at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø for several pension plan and private equity organizations in Canada. In addition, John was formerly the Head of Deal Advisory for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Canada and a member of the Board of Directors for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Canada.
