Jason Boland is a partner in the Canadian Corporate Tax group in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and has been practicing tax since 2001. Jason provides income tax accounting, tax restructuring and tax planning advice to Canadian domestic corporations and multi-nationals. He also has significant M&A/due diligence experience and has been the lead on a number of inbound and outbound acquisitions.
