Adam is a Partner and Head of Advisory in Bermuda, and serves as the Sector Lead for Insurance for the 乐鱼(Leyu)体育官网 Islands Group. He oversees all of the firm鈥檚 sector activities for audit, advisory, and tax across Bermuda, the Caribbean, and the Crown Dependencies region. He has extensive experience providing audit and advisory services to SEC registrants and other listed and non-listed clients. Additionally, he leads 乐鱼(Leyu)体育官网鈥檚 Insurance Linked Securities Team, specializing in audit, tax, and advisory services for various ILS structures, including Catastrophe Bonds, ILS Funds, and Collateralized Reinsurers.

Adam has worked with a broad range of global and regional insurance and reinsurance clients, operating in the non-life, life and ILS sectors and his previous experience includes: 

  • Leading the group audits of SEC Registrants, LSE listed, and large non-public companies operating in various jurisdictions including the US, UK (including Lloyds),  Ireland, Switzerland and Singapore  
  • Assisting clients with cost optimization, SOX implementation, business transformation and broader deal advisory engagements.
  • Participated in numerous insurance company mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and initial public offerings
  • Extensive experience with financial reporting and accounting issues related to complex insurance arrangements, fair value measurement of ILS instruments, business combinations and consolidation.   
  • Specialized in providing audit and advisory services to various ILS and transformer structures including Catastrophe Bonds, ILS funds, sidecars, special purpose insurers and segregated account companies
