In 2013, I joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Deal Advisory in Belgium after spending three years with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Deal Advisory in London (UK Capital Markets Group) and the previous nine years in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Audit practice in London and Belgium. I have extensive experience in Merger and Acquistions deals including financial and operational buy-side due diligence services and sell-side advisory services. I have also worked on numerous capital market related engagements including Premium and AIM listings, demergers, class 1 acquisitions and reverse take-overs, secondary fund raisings and pre-IPO readiness assessments.
