Before joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Advisory as Head of Insurance, I worked 22 years in insurance companies. Working in operational services allowed me to develop my skills in staff coaching, in customer approach and business transformation. I also served one and a half years as Associate Partner in an IT company developing service offerings for the insurance industry in Belgium and providing consulting for business transformation and core platform deployment. At ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, I represent the insurance practice which is composed of multidisciplinary teams with various competencies.
