I joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2006 and have over 12 years of experience in providing specialist advice to shareholders, directors and management teams on valuation and M&A-related projects. I assist clients with the valuation of shares, businesses and intangible assets, financial modelling, acquisition accounting advice under IFRS, and the provision of financial advice for a variety of corporate transactions, including debt & equity financing processes, acquisitions and disposals. I am an active member of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s European Valuation Network and have been involved in numerous M&A projects, valuation assignments and IFRS-related projects throughout my career.
