I joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2002, and have experience in tax, with a focus on both national and international taxation. I am in charge of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥榮 Belgian Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Tax practice. In addition to domestic and international taxation, I have broad experience in M&A tax, including transaction structuring, tax due diligence work, tax modelling and SPA assistance with respect to transactions of various sizes. My experience includes tax assistance with respect to IPOs, public takeover bids, delistings, and the set-up of joint ventures. I also assist with the structuring of management incentive schemes and carried interest.
