Background information
The Auzcorp Group operated primarily in the north-west region in Western Australia, particularly Newman and Port Hedland. We have been appointed as Administrators to nine (9) entities within the Auzcorp Group. Auzcorp Pty Ltd was the holding company. Mia Mia House in the Desert Pty Ltd was the operator of a 90-room hotel in Newman and Mia Mia Port Hedland International Airport Pty Ltd operated a 255-room transient accommodation village in Port Hedland. The other entities over which we have been appointed are either subsidiaries of Auzcorp Pty Ltd or are related entities with common directors/shareholders.
