Olivia leads ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's ServiceNow Alliance for Australia. Her experience includes working with clients on digital innovation programs and she has been responsible for the successful execution and delivery of a broad range of initiatives related to ServiceNow governance risk and controls and employee workflow transformation, customer digital transformation and analytics programs.
