Nicola leads the delivery of data analytics, AI and emerging technology capabilities in the Audit Technology & Innovation team and is a Responsible AI SME for the Australian firm.

As a champion for the responsible use of emerging technologies and innovation, she has been supporter of KymChat (ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's generative AI agent) from its launch, and is committed to ensuring its continued development in alignment with our Trusted AI framework through her work as part of the Trusted AI Council.

She spent more than 6 years with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Global Services Centre, where she was a technology SME in the Product Development team, building the data analytics capabilities of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s smart audit platform, ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Clara.

Prior to joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2011, Nicola was a researcher in the fields of space weather and complexity science at a national UK environmental research centre.
