Keirstyn is the Queensland Local Government Lead for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Australia. She is highly experienced in business transformation and government service delivery. As a specialist in policy with a strong focus on engagement and collaboration, Keirstyn develops future-focused, outcome-based strategies to address the complex problems her clients face.

Experienced across local, state, and federal government, Keirstyn uses her extensive knowledge of public sector transformation as well as operational and service delivery to assist local councils. She focuses on a range of strategic and tactical requirements including strategic planning, operational improvements, and whole-of-council transformation projects to help councils become more agile, efficient, digitally capable and customer-focused.

In 2021, Keirstyn joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø and became a partner in 2024. Prior to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø she worked in executive and senior management roles for local council, state government and within the healthcare industry.
