For over 20 years, Kate has specialised in enterprise risk management services. She leads ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹Ù꿉۪s Enterprise Risk Management practice for the government and not-for-profit sectors, as well as ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹Ù꿉۪s efforts to improve access and inclusion for people with disabilities. Kate brings passion and enthusiasm to her role of implementing risk and governance in the public and not-for-profit sectors.
By leveraging her practical experience of 'what works', she identifies and understands risk exposures alongside strategy, implements risk management approaches that work, and is able to drive a culture of managing risk as means of maximising opportunities.
Kate is an outspoken advocate for diversity and is the Executive Sponsor of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹Ù꿉۪s Disability Network. She is a member of the Council for Sydney Symphony Orchestra and the Chair of the SSO Vanguard Collective.
