As a Partner in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Australia's Consulting Division and National Practice Lead for Digital & IT Operating Model transformation, David draws on his deep experience in the public and private sector, and his global network across Asia Pacific, North America and Europe. He works with clients to transform how key dimensions of the operating model such as people, processes and technology are designed, configured and deployed to support the organisation’s strategic ambition.

David is an expert in the adoption of new ways of working and establishment of contemporary capabilities that enable innovation and agility, and manage risk. He is a passionate believer in collaboration to co-design and implement forward looking solutions that drive sustainable change in programs of significance.
