Peter is a Partner with more than 24 years� corporate and international tax experience, focusing on global structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, restructuring and other matters.

Peter has strong experience across ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s international network, having spent time working in the UK and US.  In particular, from 2019 to 2022 Peter worked in New York where he led the Australia-US Corridor with responsibility for our North American relationships on a number of Australian multinational clients. 

Peter was also part of the International Tax Team (“ITTâ€�) in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in the US comprising senior tax partners from foreign member firms that worked with multinational groups on complex cross-border transactions, structuring and planning.
