She is passionate about collaborative problem solving and delivering tangible business outcomes by focusing on customer-centric design, effective execution on the business strategy and strong stakeholder management.

Michelle has worked extensively in strategy, transformation and business leadership roles in wealth management, retail banking, and business banking. Prior to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, Michelle spent more than 11 years working within the financial services industry, and over 6 years with an international strategy group. She joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2017.
