As an experienced director, Hayden leads bespoke engagements helping organisations build fit-for-purpose contract management target operating models, perform Value for Money (VfM) contract assessments on long-term strategic commercial arrangements and establishment/execution of risk and opportunity-based contract assurance programs, as well as provide focused contract management training.

Hayden has been with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø for more than 20 years, starting in external audit before transitioning to internal audit services in 2004 and leading our Queensland Contract Assurance & Performance team since 2018. Over this time, he has worked across all industries and geographies both internationally and domestically, delivering risk advisory, audit, compliance and governance related services, with a specialisation on energy, mining and property.
