Cassandra is the National Managing Partner of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Clients & Markets practice and a member of the National Executive Committee (NEC).

She has more than 25 years of professional experience in senior executive roles within industry, and significant consulting experience in strategy, operational excellence, energy transition and complex business transformation. An experienced client lead partner, Cassandra has led teams supporting Top 50 ASX clients operating in complex operating environments.

Since Cassandra joined ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2007, she has leveraged her breadth of experience in energy and natural resources to shape and guide the transformation programs of her clients. A passionate and skilled facilitator for executive teams, Cassandra advocates for the self-empowerment of her clients, and has become a valued adviser through her ability to help leadership teams work more productively to deliver customer value. She has a unique capability to deliver strategic, operational, and authentic leadership as she supports her clients transform their business.

Cassandra became a partner in 2011 and was appointed as ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's National Industry Leader of Energy, Mining & Property in 2019. In 2018, Cassandra served as a member of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Partner Remuneration & Nominations Committee for a period of 3 years.

Beyond ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, Cassandra is a member of Chief Executive Women and serves as a Board Member of the Australian Bone Marrow Donor Registry. Active in the community, Cassandra engages in activities and charities that support children impacted by childhood cancer.
