Paul is the National Leader for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Australia's Transport & Infrastructure sector and is a partner in the Commercial Advisory & Transactions team within the Infrastructure, Assets & Places division.
Paul has over 25 years of experience advising public and private sector clients on the procurement and delivery of large-scale complex transport and infrastructure projects. He has extensive commercial and financial experience in infrastructure procurements, business case development, transaction management, contract negotiations, contract management, stakeholder management, and acquisition and divestment of infrastructure assets.
