Vince specialises in helping clients significantly improve their cash and working capital performance by identifying and delivering fast and sustainable working capital improvement strategies 鈥� spanning best practice operational processes, controls, systems and people aspects. Vince brings to his clients a hands-on style that blends his global advisory experiences with a practical approach.
Prior to returning to Australia in 2016, Vince spent 5 years with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 London鈥檚 Working Capital Advisory practice 鈥� the largest specialist working capital advisory practice of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 globally. During this time, Vince worked extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the United States advising a wide range of clients across numerous sectors.
In addition to his working capital improvement expertise, Vince brings a unique commercial perspective to his clients gained from prior experience in corporate turnaround, strategy consulting and mergers and acquisitions.
