Steve is a Partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Australia's Workforce & HR Advisory team within our Consulting division.

He helps clients develop people-centric pragmatic approaches to complex organisational challenges ranging from regulatory compliance through to organisational performance. Steve is passionate about maximising the performance of organisations鈥� most precious assets 鈥� their people. He has more than 15 years鈥� experience and a deep understanding of strategic workforce planning, employee value proposition and culture.
