With more than 19 years of extensive experience in consulting, Frank specialises in finance function transformations, devising Finance Target Operating Models, Planning, budgeting and forecasting, finance process improvements, integrated business planning, benchmarking, shared services and outsourcing, establishment of large Program Offices and developing benefits frameworks.

As a Director for Powered Enterprise Finance, his role has been to facilitate ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s global approach to successfully enable clients in their transformation and move to a cloud-based ERP system. 

He has led some of the region's largest transformations across various functions and platforms. In his role as a Powered lead, he also participates in the Global ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Design Authorities, focusing on growth of the operating model structure and alignment with the Powered Enterprise Methodology. Additionally, Frank contributes to the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Global Centres of Excellence for Finance, where he acts as a conduit between the 'Future of Finance' thought leadership and Powered Enterprise initiatives at the firm.
