Who are we looking for?
We don鈥檛 just look at your academic record or qualification, we also want to know about you. We have teams who can work on just about any challenge. To help you decide where you fit, our roles are grouped into four pathways. Each of our specialised business areas and teams sit within these pathways and can align to your interests and qualification type.

Audit, Corporate Finance & Assurance It鈥檚 not just about the numbers. Use automation to audit and streamline financial reporting or identify acquisition opportunities and be involved in planning a client鈥檚 finance division structure.
This area is for you if you鈥檝e studied accounting, actuarial studies or finance, but we are also looking for graduates who have studied environmental studies and data engineering. -
Engineering, Technology & Digital How can we build for better? Problem-solving to benefit communities could see you identifying hacking weaknesses, advising on the reliability of assets, or assessing solar farms.
If you鈥檝e studied information systems, computer science, engineering, commerce, economics, data science or business management, this could be the pathway for you. -
Business, Consulting, Risk & ESG Assess the problem, and draw on expert knowledge across almost any area to develop the solution. It鈥檚 supply chain, customer experience, human rights, policy reform, project management and everything in between that organisations need in order to thrive.
Just as the services in this pathway are broad, so too are the degree types we鈥檙e looking for. You could have a qualification in management, computer science, economics, human resources, information systems, behavioural science, accounting, communication or environmental studies, among many others. -
Tax & Legal Legal advice that understands business and clear and compliant tax services are key to helping clients thrive in a complex and fast-paced world with high scrutiny on tax decisions.
Our tax teams are looking for graduates with accounting, business, management and law degrees.

Recruitment process
Do your research

Submit your application
Our online application takes around five minutes. You only need one application 鈥� you can list multiple areas you're interested in. Keep your CV to less than two pages and there's no cover letter needed. Ensure you meet our eligibility criteria, see FAQ page.
Complete online assessments
You鈥檒l be invited to take two online assessments that will take approximately one hour to complete. You鈥檒l automatically receive results of your online assessment.
Shortlisted to business
We鈥檒l review your application preferences and try to match them to a team that is the best match. It is competitive and not all candidates move through to this stage. You will be asked to provide upload your transcript etc for business consideration.
Attend an interview
You鈥檒l be interviewed by members of your future team, as well as complete other testing activities. This is also your opportunity to interview us, so bring any questions you may have!

After your interview, we鈥檒l be in touch to let you know if you鈥檝e been successful, or to offer you feedback on how you can improve.
