Avtar’s clients have included prominent businesses in the Transport & Logistics sector, including groups operating in Aviation, Rail, Airport and Logistics. These clients have included private corporates, government entities and listed groups, operating in a number of countries. As well as audit, Avtar also has extensive experience across a range of public and private company and private equity transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions, disposals and share issues. He has worked with a number of corporates and private equity houses, both in the UK and the UAE.
